The staff, especially Cindy, Jairo, and Tatiana, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable - from organizing tours to providing guidance on local transport and dining options. The peaceful and thoughtfully designed hotel offered delicious meals, comfortable accommodation, and a serene atmosphere created with love and respect for Mother Earth. The daily freshening up of our cabin, laundry service, and assistance with transportation needs added extra convenience to our stay. We enjoyed the relaxing outdoor pool, terrace with hammocks, and the sounds of nature all around.
